At AidMate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your first aid kit, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify them of your return.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your return. Include the provided RAN on the outside of the package for efficient processing.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, as per your payment provider’s policies.
If you wish to exchange your first aid kit for a different model or size, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. Any price difference between the items will be either refunded or charged accordingly.
